Fudge Recipe

Here ya go Vee!

5 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz can..not the teeny tiny can)
4 cups peanut butter
1 jar (7-8 oz) marshmellow fluff

1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

This is a 2 person operation. :o) You'll need one person with a strong arm to stir and another to quickly spoon in the peanut butter and fluff.

In a heavy pot (we use a small pressure cooker pot), over medium high heat stir in the sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Stir continuously. We suggest using a wooden spoon for this. Trust us...a metal spoon gets hot! Boil for 9 minutes and remove from heat. Immediately stir in peanut butter, fluff and nuts until all mixed up and quickly pour into buttered dishes. (You don't want it to set up in the pot!) We used 2 glass Pyrex baking dishes. (13x9x2 and a 11x7x1.5) I guess anything will work if its buttered. Let set until cooled, cut and enjoy! But while that's cooling off, you get the leftovers in the pot and on the spoons!

It's that simple and YUMMO!

Let me know if you try it and how it turns out. I'll take the credit if it's good. You can blame M if it's not. :o)

We used these 2 pans and it made 4 full bowls.
