Did I speak too soon?

The doctors office just called me. Again. They now want me to have a fasting insulin and glucose test. They are putting those orders in the mail to me tomorrow. So I guess I'll be doing that sometime next week.

While I had the nurse on the phone I asked her to confirm again that my last set of tests were fine. She said yes BUT they didn't have the karyotype results yet. Isn't that just great!? That means that something COULD be wrong. I could NOT be normal. The nurse was going to call the lab and have them fax the results today. She promised to call and let me know.

Please let me be normal. Please let me be normal. And please let these results come back quickly.

I really wanna try this cycle. Because IF AF arrives tomorrow and IF we get pregnant this time and IF I'm finally able to carry to full term our due date would be Halloween! :o) I know you hardly ever deliver on your due date BUT it's possible and that would be fun.

I told myself I wasn't going to get all wigged out about this try but I can't help it. We want a child. And I want it NOW!

I hear ya. The impatience thing can really get the best of us... it just sucks when we know we want a baby so badly.

Good luck ladies! If we get our BFP and all those IFs happen for us too...then our EDD would be 10/7. We could both have October babies! How awesome would that be!?!

I'm sure that everything will be normal. How exciting would Halloween be? I love halloween. Your child would only be super high on sugar one night a year!

Normal is sooooo relative.
And being a Halloween Baby myself....I will attest to the fact that it is a GREAT birthday. For several years I thought the holiday happened because I was born on that day (it didn't bother me that it was a scary day) and when people asked what I was going to be for Halloween I would say things like, "4 years old."
